Cancellation of Reservations
※The handling of cancellation fees will change from 1 April 2024.
Cancellation on the day before or the day of the event
100% of the usage fee
・Cancellation of rental tents and tarps
Cancellation on the day of use will be charged 100% of the fee.

Cancellation due to the customer’s convenience must pay a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling an appointment also requires a cancellation fee.
